1)Silence
When you wake up in the morning, you are busy thinking about the day or always worry about the homework.Oh, Today is a class test and I haven't prepared for it.And lots of stuff like that.
Be silence, don't give any kind of stress to your mind.Keep calm.The best way to keep your mind silence is doing meditation or praying.Start your day with the relaxing and calm brain.
2)Affirmation
The simple meaning of affirmation is positiveness.Talk to your self positively and write down your targets to achieve within the targeted period.For eg:
If you are trying to 1st in class, write down the goals and plans to achieve it.Set up the backups that will help you to achieve it and think you will surely acheive it.
3)Visualization
Well, visualization is similar to affirmation.for eg:
When you set goals to become 1st in the class, now pretend as you are already a first in the class.Visualize all the things you wanna achieve after setting goals and plans.Think of what you want to be or want to acheive, you will surely get it.
4)Exercise
What, exercise...It's damn boring.Your laziness will surely say that but exercise doesn't mean Working hard in the gym.
Basic Exercise like pull-ups and pushups will help to release hormones to your brain that has a lot of benefits.So start your day with some basic exercises that will surely make your day full of freshness and activeness.
5)Reading
Again the same boring physics books to read.Oh No, a lot of them are thinking the same but read anything that will make you say.It can be a comics, magazines or can be success stories.
Read those books that is entertaining or that no only gives knowledge but helps to implement in the practical life.Those books will help to reduce your stress and move you to next world, the world of imagination.
6)Scribing
Writing will make you feel more strong towards every step you take in your life.Write all feeling toward your crush or write your life makes you feel relaxed.
Writing can be described in 2 parts that are:
Achieved
Write down what have you achieved till the date by following these steps.Not only achievement but the things you have learned during these steps.
Improvement
Now focus on the improvements that you should improve in coming days.Just write down the improvement you want in your life.And just work for it.

Always smile even if you are not happy.Not only yours but it will make others day too.Smiling makes your brain feel that you are happy and relaxed so, when your brain is in good mood then it will always release the positiveness to your brain.So, smile every time for a good day.Even You are sad, be happy and give a smile.
